Flying UV laser engraving machine is a continuous laser engraving machine with fast processing efficiency and high engraving speed. This feature makes it possible to use it in factory production lines. Flying laser engraving machine can engrave up to a maximum speed of 200 meters per minute (single line with a height of 2 mm text consisting of numbers and letters).
Flying UV Laser Engraving Machine
In many industries with high production volumes, such as food packaging, medicine, automotive parts, electronic parts, etc., in order to make optimal use of time, by installing this device on moving production lines, it can be used to engrave the production and expiration dates of the product, serial numbers, barcodes, product logos, etc.
The Flying UV laser machine is used for engraving on most metals and some non-metals (to ensure engraving by this machine on non-metallic materials, the desired piece must be tested for engraving). For more information on the use of UV lasers, please refer to the UV engraving laser applications section. For information on other products, please refer to the products section.
Technical specifications
The light source used in UV Flying laser engraving machines is from Max and Rekas brands and is of the Q-Switched type, whose light has a uniform laser power density and a highly focused laser beam. This results in high engraving quality. Also, the lifespan of these light sources reaches 20,000 hours. Using an encoder to detect the speed of the production line along with an optical sensor to detect the moving part allows engraving on moving parts at different speeds.
Other specifications
This device has an aluminum chassis suitable for placement next to production lines with adjustable head height. It is recommended to use a 2 kW stabilizer for this product.
