Sending an expert to the factory or production workshop to visit the production line, to introduce and present the best technical proposal for purchasing the device, according to your needs, dear customers. Receiving a sample of the piece to be engraved with the proposed device and presenting it to the buyer. The expert of the buyer’s company, if desired, can visit the permanent exhibition of this company’s products located at kilometer 27 of the special road, by prior arrangement.

After-sales service

All efforts of the technical team of Arian Sanat Hak Company in the field of after-sales services are aimed at providing services in the shortest possible time at the lowest cost to our esteemed customers, and we are very happy that we have been able to achieve this goal by achieving maximum satisfaction of our customers in these two decades of activity. All CNC engraving machines have an 18-month warranty and laser machines have a 12-month warranty. After-sales services for all machines are 10 years. When the device is delivered to the customer, the company’s expert will install and commission the device at the buyer’s request and provide the buyer with the necessary training for service, maintenance, and operation of the device. If any services are needed, the relevant expert will first solve the problem by phone and sending guide videos as soon as possible, and if necessary, will be sent to the buyer’s company in person.
