Fiber Flying Laser Engraving Machine

The Fiber Flying laser engraving machine is a continuous laser engraving machine with fast processing efficiency and high engraving speed, which makes it possible to use them in factory production lines.

Applications

In many industries with high production volumes, such as food packaging, medicine, automotive parts, electronic parts, etc., in order to make optimal use of time, by installing this device on moving production lines, it can be used to engrave the production and expiration dates of the product, serial numbers, barcodes, product logos, etc.

The Flying Fiber Laser machine is used for engraving on most metals and some non-metals (to ensure engraving on non-metallic materials by this machine, the desired piece must be tested for engraving). For more information on the use of fiber lasers, please refer to the section on the use of fiber engraving lasers. For information on other products, please refer to the section on the products.

Technical specifications of the device

The light source used in fiber flying laser engraving machines is from Max and Rekas brands and is Q-Switched, which has a uniform laser power density and a highly focused laser beam. This results in high engraving quality. Also, the lifespan of these light sources is up to 100,000 hours. Using an encoder to detect the speed of the production line along with an optical sensor to detect the moving part allows engraving on moving parts at different speeds.

This device has an aluminum chassis suitable for placement next to production lines with adjustable head height. It is recommended to use a 2 kW stabilizer for this product.
